Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart that never fade. These are the special souls who were part of the Happy Paws family.
Every dog who comes through our doors becomes part of our family. Some stay with us for years, becoming as familiar as old friends. When we lose them, we feel it deeply — and we want to honour their memory here.
This page is dedicated to the dogs who are no longer with us but will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Our beautiful Tessie was so much more than a dog — she was a huge part of our family and the heart of Happy Paws. She brought so much love, joy and happiness to everyone around her and was loved by so many of our dogs and their families.
We sadly said goodbye to Tessie on 1st June 2026, but her gentle spirit and happy memories will always remain with us. She will forever be loved, missed and remembered.
Dom, our beloved first client, filled Happy Paws with joy and laughter. Dom's massive smile brightened every visit, and we were honoured to be his second home.
He was more than just a client — he was part of our family. His presence will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and he will forever be deeply missed.
Paddy joined us as a very timid boy, but it didn't take long for him to find his confidence and truly thrive within our pack. During his time with us, he learned so much, from understanding basic dog communication to developing his recall.
Paddy absolutely loved chasing a ball and brought so much joy to those around him. He will always hold a very special place in our Happy Paws family, and he is deeply missed.
Bumble brought warmth and joy to Happy Paws for a couple of years. His small bursts of energy and gentle spirit never failed to make us smile.
As the grandad of the pack, Mr Bumble held a very special place in our hearts and will always be remembered fondly.
